Past weekend was held the 2016 Summer Scorcher at Phil Hurd Raceway, in Savannah, Georgia. 188 drivers from all over the southeast came to compete and John Michael Mcginty stole the show winning the Pro Nitro Buggy class on the last lap. The Pro E-Buggy class was unable to run the A main due to a major storm that put an end to the event so the finishing order was also the qualifing order and John Michael Mcginty once again taking the TQ and win followed by Griffin Hanna, John Bernard and Jimbo Kvidera.
